I'm sorry things have been so rough for you - i hope you got back on track with the meds? I know it's frustrating, but ultimately, they are probably the best thing going right now.
I wish i could swoop in and help - i wish i were rich enough to just 'fix' the money and access issues so you could do the heavy lifting of figuring out how to get well.
I'm thinking about you, though, all the time, and sending you all the good thoughts and energy i've got.
Our holidays were very low-key and very nice. Didn't go anywhere or do anything, just was home, being family, enjoying the down time and hanging out. It was nice. No snow yet - maybe in February! Heh.
Take care of yourself, okay? There are people out here who miss you every day. *hugs a little more* *luffs*

Thank you, again :D
I like keeping my hand in with rarepairs. They're the most fun to write. And as I said before, if you feel like doing so, prompt me! These days, I don't get out of bed for anything that isn't a prompt, lol.
Review for Cobb/Saito fic = awesome saucelivebymypenDecember 31 2011, 04:18:36 UTC
shywritergirl recommended I read this because it is so fantastic and I am so glad I did! I loved the circus you created for poor Cobb, and I loved the tenderness and adorablness of their feelings for each other (Saito dipping Cobb in a waltz? *heart flutters*), James' obession with Suess, and (maybe most of all) the kids reaction when they found them dancing. It made me lol. Great job!

Thank you :D
I always imagine Cobb's domestic life being sort of like controlled chaos, unlike his professional life, which is just controlled control. I like that this Cobb's allowed himself to relinquish some control and be a softer version of himself. The version that spoils his kids rotten, reads them bedtime stories, and uses bad vegan food to exact obedience from them.
And let's not forget that that version also waltzes with well-heeled Japanese businessmen :D
Speaking of Saito, I see he and Cobb as typical type-A personalities who're lost, but Saito more so than Cobb. He holds it together well, but he left a large part of himself back in Limbo. Cobb is the only other person on the planet who can relate to that. . . .
Oh. You wrote my OTP. My OTP has been in your hands and handled with great care. This is great, it's light and sweet and sexy and you made the Cobblettes equal parts adorable and hilarious. Great work. :D
