I'm loving this series. Pavel and Bones angst so beautifully and I hope there will be much snarking now that they are together.

Angst? Oh, yeah. If I'm good for anything, it's that. Though I mainly meant this to be a porn-verse. One where Pavel's a very dominant top and McCoy's a very vocal, grumbly, but ultimately happy-to-submit submissive.

But in between that? Angst and uncertainty. Angst for Pavel over whether or not what he did while McCoy was sleeping was right, and uncertainty for McCoy that any relationship, even a purely sexual one, could work between them. Neither of them realizing they're in far too deep to back out.

God, I love McChekov!

This is deliciously hot. I really love the way it reads like the way your thoughts are in the morning--the snippets of dreams and then the confusion of the reality.

Also, Chekov making sure he is not taking advantage is pretty amazing.

I almost didn't add that--nearly went straight for the porn without even having this teeny, tiny moment of "hey--there's a thin line between taking the reins and date-rape, and neither of us are sure if we're tangoing across it."

But Chekov did stop when it was called to his attention, and McCoy most definitely did not think the kid was a rapist. So all's well :)

Still, I like that wee bit of grey area, that Chekov's confidence about what McCoy would want, could have gone so easily wrong if McCoy were someone he could physically coerce. I like the idea of that what-if rattling around Chekov's head well after they get rescued even, though McCoy has completely dismissed it.

Loved this! It's everything I like about McCoy/Chekov -- Bones being all cranky, and Chekov totally wearing him down by being all determined and delicious. ;-)

Halloween was mostly very fun. Went up to my mom's, answered the door while the 'gang' went out and about the neighborhood. I was a witch, as always. Mum wants a witch costume for next year, so we can be witchy together. :)

Yay for the evil twin. I'll bet he caused all kinds of trouble. *eg* I was a bad librarian. Post with piccies is here. Sadly enough, my costume was not the sluttiest at the party. *pouts* And I worked so hard at it. The party was epic...and then there was vomiting. Despite the vomit, it was a good time. I would do it again - sans vomit. *g*
