Oh my. I just found this story and read all seven chapters. You definitely should write multi-chapter fics. It is brillant. I was so convinced that Annie was going to die. But now I am still worried. Why is that?

These two are beyond sexy but I feel that we are headed for rocky roads.

Great story. Very in character despite the AU. Also, going back to other chapters, I really like the story within a story because I kind of like historical AUs but it can been hard to suspend your disbelief sometimes but this way, it's intended to be read as fiction rather than our characters in a real historical situation so it's somehow more palatable if that makes sense. Anyway, I'm really enjoying the story and can't wait for the next chapter. It's great that you completed it before starting to post- that's a rare treat. :)

So great! Love how close Luke and Reid have gotten. So happy you didn't kill off Annie. It's actually pretty suspenseful about what's going to happen between Luke and Reid. Everythings still so new and they both have responsibilities and lives in different cities.

Great chapter! I'm so relieved for Annie although I'm not gonna assume that she's out of the woods just yet. It's so fun to see Luke and Reid in such a domestic routine yet still so hot for each other. I know that Luke's love for his family is such a key part of who he is, but he's built so much in Texas, not just with Reid, but with Victoria, Juan, Laura and Annie and he's also writing again, so I kind of want him to stay and run the foundation from there. I know, no spoilers, I'll just have to wait for your happy ending which I know will be glorious and perfect. In the meantime, we have lovely scenes of Reid picking out a stuffed toy and grooming horses, Reid riding Luke, chili-burning sex, and post-kidney-convo making love. That's a lot of fabulousness!
