He'd love lower windows. When we visit friends who live in modern buildings all he does is hang out by their floor to ceiling windows. He recently figured this out though....:

I sure would love to help you with selling that condo, (by moving in myself), but unfortunately my company doesn't have an office in Boston.

(though it does have an office near Seattle, which gives me food for thought...)
