LOL. god there are so many more ways you could take this. She's on a plane... the flight attendant gives her extra peanuts and says "just for you, sarah" and winks.

the more interesting thing to me, tho, is that she's prolly taking like blood pressure meds or something. Nothing a kid would want to pop 5 of... kids are stupid
