Between about 4:00 pm and 4:05 pm my camera disapeared from the seat at the table near the restroom. This is the amount of time it took me to realise I no longer had my camera with me and return to the reasturaunt. This is also the amount of time for our table to be completly bussed and for my camera to mysteriously disapear from the seat it was on ( Read more... )

I don't think there is any amount of money that could replace my photos and quell the fact that someone at that resturaunt stole something like that from me. The camera is useless without its bay and cords so really the fuckhead who took it just swiped himself a shiny dented brick with a memory card.

no, ofcource the photos could not be replaced,.. :( but new camera's are expensive.. that's why i thought about insurance.

I'm sure the busser would offer at the very least a lame dismissal of the charges, but quite possibly a strenuous and convincing denial. If I could go there I'd stalk the bastard, find out where s/he lives, and take whatever measures necessary to either recover the camera or inflict the proper amount of grief.
