Courtney was sitting in her room, pacing back and forth. She decided to wait downstairs by the fireplace for Matty to arrive. She took their new puppy into her arms and ran downstairs, careful not to fall.

She sat down in the nearest chair by the fireplace, waiting patiently for her boyfriend to show up.

"Muuuummmmm!" Matty called out, not caring that he had caused both his father and Sara to clasp their ears. "I'm going to Courtney's now!" He whirled around, as Sara had just tapped him on the shoulder.

"She's going to make you comb her hair," she told him promptly, seeming slightly pleased.

"Bugger off," Matty told her, ruffling her hair to match his. "Richmond Residence," was the last thing he said in his house, and Sara screaming for her mother was the last thing he heard.

"Matty!" Courtney said happily, seeing him finally appear from the fire. "How are you?"

"I'm good, but I missed you loads," Matty smiled, holding his arms out for a hug.

"I bet I missed you more!" Courtney giggled, running towards him to give him a gigantic hug.
