Unless you have limited access to a computer, two chapters in the space of three hours is spamming. I didn't make this rule, but as a mod, I'm following it. Just fixing things before anybody complains, y'know?

It's possible. Did the tags Auto-Complete themselves? (Ex: type genre:a -- and then you get genre:angst.) If not, it's very possible you were doing them wrong.

I will allow it for now, though, until the rules are clearly defined (hopefully soon)...because I'm not sure exactly how severe the rules are about fic posts.
