I did as you suggested, and still nothing. *sigh* It's done this before. I could read every other chapter except 2. The writer finally had to send it to me via email :p

Oh I'm dying! It won't let me read the 2nd chapter either! Aah! And for some reason, everytime I click on chapters 3 or 4, it brings me to the screen that says forbidden. Gah!
