It’s slow. It was a long time coming. I knew this was gonna happen sooner or later. He just never spoke to me. Years passed, and I felt like it was forever. It’s hard when there’s an ocean between you. I can’t exactly fly out there and it tears me apart. I don’t know if I’ll ever see him again, I hope so…I just can’t say for sure. He is everything. He’s god to me. In fact, he’s my god. I believed in him when no one else would. I trusted him with my life and then he ran. Am I ever going to see him again? I doomed to a life of being cursed and never finding what I long for? I don’t know it’s not like I’m psychic or anything. I can’t see the future. Even though, he thinks I can.
A brunette sat quietly in an empty house. He scribbled words into a journal while sitting in a huge oversized red chair. His hair was long enough it was going into his face slightly. He sighed and placed the pen beside the black leather bound book. He looked up and the sunlight shined off his hair, showing he had purple chunking in it. His brilliant frozen blue eyes looked around the house. He sighed and got out of his chair, the book in hand. Slowly he returned it to its resting place on the bookshelf. The brunette looked out the window; peacefulness had come over the large house since the days of jokester was over. There was a flower bed below and a strange heart with a triangle through it was made out of flowers. The frozen blue eyed male came to know this as the heartagram. It was so unlike the days that were just memories now. It was tough for him. Not having a house full of lunatics running around. All now he had was the company of two cats. It never did fully settle in with him. The time had passed by since it he had been without his god. It wasn’t easy to muster words to speak to anyone. The lunatics he called friends had all disappeared. Some had gotten married, others moved back home with their parents. His parents lived away from him and he had no closure. Life for him wasn’t simple anymore. The sunlight danced across his face and made it easy to see that he was washed out. He carried himself downstairs and grabbed a shot glass from the counter. He opened the fridge and pulled out a bottle of Grey Goose. He poured himself a shot and downed it in one chug. The frozen blue eyed male let out a moan and trudged back up the stairs. A knock at the door was heard throughout the silent halls. The brunette picked himself up off of the couch and walked to the door. He answered it and a red headed male was staring him back in the face. The frozen eyed male glared at him and went to slam the door shut without a word.
“Wait a minute!” The red headed male looked at him. He put his hand to keep the door open. A wave of alcohol smell hit him. The frozen eyed male gave up and went back to his spot on the couch. He couldn’t protest with the red head so he left. The other male stepped inside and shut the door behind him. Dust flew off and went everywhere in the entrance hall. The place looked like a tornado hit and it needed a good cleaning. Trash and balled up paper was strewn all over the place. Cobwebs hang from the ceiling and the chandelier. Clothing was all over the floor and a broken skateboard lay in the fireplace. Words were written all over the walls and the only place that looked like any care had been taken was where the frozen eyed male sat to write his journal. He closed his eyes to the red headed male and tried to ignore him.
“Look, I know where he is.” The red headed male sat down in an oversized recliner. He looked at his friend and sighed. Time had really taken its toll on him. People all had changed and his friend looked like he was stuck in pause. The brunette sort of perked up to the words of the red headed male. It looked as though a new life had been breathed into the frozen blue eyes. He sighed heavily and then looked at his feet. His head was bowed and the long hair in his face once more. The other male looked at him.
“He’s actually in the U.S. He’s close to this part of Pennsylvania. I don’t know exactly what part Raab does and he’s looking for him as we speak.” The brunette jumped up and dashed off to his room. He emerged in a nice button down black shirt, tan dress pants, and a pair of nice black dress shoes. His hair was pulled back in a loose ponytail and he looked as if time had reversed itself. The frozen eyed male looked at his friend who had gotten up out of his seat. The silence was almost enough to drive someone mad. The brunette looked out the door. He only went outside to tend to the flowers and then ran like a madman back indoors. This would be the first time in years that he ventured outside for other reasons.
“Well, are you going to come with me? Raab said he is going to bring him to the skate park. What you guys do is up to you.” They both walked out of the musty house and into the sunshine. The brunette shielded his eyes and ran for the black Mercedes. He got inside and immediately put on a pair of sunglasses. He sighed and watched his friend get in the front of the car. The key was put into the ignition and it started up. The brunette felt like it was forever to get to the skate park. They got out of the car and the frozen eyed male looked around with a bit of disappointment. The red head put his hand on the brunette’s shoulder.
“They’ll be here trust me.” The brunette nodded. He looked like an author stuck in pause. He sighed and watched the entrance to the skate park. It was a couple of hours before anyone entered in. A sandy blonde haired guy entered in. He was wearing a black baseball cap, red t-shirt, and a pair of blue jeans. Behind him a thin male followed. He looked very timid and scared of his surroundings. He had brown hair that was cut right below his ear and electric lime green eyes. He was in all black and converse chucks. The frozen eyed male looked up through his sunglasses. There was an awkward silence and they looked at each other. The author stuck in pause looked at the washed up rock star. He didn’t know what to say, it wasn’t easy of either of them. Years had gone by without them seeing one another. Silence was just hanging between the two like a bird on a wire.
“I-I-I-I missed you.” The author stuck in pause spoke. He was also a skateboarder, but if seen now he looked like an author stuck in pause. He sighed and felt the rock stars arms wrap around him. They held him loosely and he just melted into the embrace. The skateboarder broke down crying and hugged the rock star close. They stayed like that for a while; while the sandy blonde and the red head looked at them. It was still like just yesterday the two of them said goodbye forever. It was hard not knowing where the road would lead them. It eventually ended leading them back to one another.
“I missed you too, Bam.” They smiled softly at one another. It still was painful for the both of them. The rock star was taller than the skate boarder. He still held on to him. They knew that time had changed the both of them. It was confusing to the both of them still. Both men had felt their heartstrings being tugged at. Even though it was the rock stars fault because he broke their relationship. The red head and the sandy blonde both looked at one another. They then geared their attention towards the rock star and the skateboarder. The silence could have been enough to drive you mad. That was how those two worked though. They were exactly like that. They never said much to one another, but they knew the other one’s feelings. It was actually quite amazing. They were a different sort of sight. People always watched them never uttering a word to one another, but that never mattered to the both of them. The world could have been ending and they would still say goodbye with out actually speaking it.
“Would you two hurry up and say something?” The sandy blonde haired male looked quite annoyed. He and the red head looked to be like they were waiting for something. The washed out rocker just sort of smiled at the skate boarder. He looked down at his shoes a bit and then back up at the man he had missed. They both smiled at one another. They let go of each other long enough to grab their hands and lock them.
“I’m never letting you go again. You do realize that.” The skate boarder had now gone into his own world; the one with just him and his lover. They both looked towards the sandy blonde haired male and the red headed one. They then turned to one another and their lips met. For the first time a surge of emotion wafted over the skate boarder and rocker. Soft almost satin like flesh touched. The skate border put his hands into the mass of brown hair the rocker had. Slowly the rocker’s lips parted and their tongues began to battle for space in each other’s mouths. Then they melted into the kiss and it became soft and sensual. It seemed like hours to them but in reality was only five minutes. Both males pulled apart from the kiss and the rocker leaned on the skate boarder.
“I Love you so much, Bam. I’m never leaving you again.”
“Good, because if you even thought about it; you’d be chained down to my bed not going anywhere.”
“Could we do that anyway?”
“When we get home, Ville. When we get home.” __________________________________________________________________________________________________
