Names Sid. I'm new to this community. I'm not new to LJ but I havent really posted before so I am new to the posting. I apologize in advance if I mess something up.
Title: Vampire Heart
Author: Sid (lost4evermore2)
Pairing: Bam Margera/Ville Valo
Summery: Ville is a vampire that isn't to fond of humans. What happens when he meets Bam?
Disclaimer: I do not know anyone in this story. None of this has ever happened nor will it.
Rating: Hm, probably PG-13 for violence and swearing although it's not so bad in the beginning. May increase later on, may not.
A/N: Title isn't the best HIM song but it's the one fits. I hope you enjoy it.
Enjoy,
Sid
The Beginning.
I entered the American bar yet no one seemed to take any notice of me as I took a seat at the bar, which was good because the last thing I needed was the humans' attention on me.
Let me rewind a step and tell you who I am. My name is Ville Valo and I am not human. Haven't been human in over 200 years for I am a vampire. I do not like humans much. But, anyways, on with my story.
Why do I come to these places? I thought to myself as I ordered a drink It's not like I can get drunk. At least not in the way a human can. No, it took something else to get me drunk, something from the very heart of a human... their blood.
I reached into my wallet to pay for the drink but the bartender shook his head and pointed to the man at the other end of the bar.
I looked at the man. It wasn't hard for my inhuman eyes to cut straight through the dimness of the bar. The man at the other side of the bar had unruly brown hair that was covered mostly by a black Element beanie. His eyes sparkled slightly in the dim light. The apparel he was wearing was that of a skater mostly. I could tell he was built by what he was wearing. He wasn't bad looking for a human either.
I scanned his thoughts for his name. Bam Margera.
He nodded at me with a gorgeous smile and beckoned me over.
I never did toy with humans but this one amused me so I grabbed my drink and walked over.
"You shouldn't go buying strange men drinks, darling," I said with a smile as I sat beside him. "It could be dangerous."
"Why are you going to bite me or something?" he replied smirking.
I took a sip of the alcohol. "Maybe." I smirked.
Oblivious he was to what I am.
He held his hand out to shake mine. "Bam Margera."
I took his hand and kissed it. "Ville."
I could see him blush and try to hide it. If it wasn't for my vampiric eye I wouldn't have seen it.
"You aren't from around here are you?"
"Nope, I'm from Finland."
"That explains the sexy accent."
Flirting with death and the devil.
I finished my drink and set the empty class down on the bar. I turned towards him and in one swift movement I placed my hand upon his thigh close enough to make him sweat as I whispered into his ear. "Meet me out back."
Before he could reply I stood and left.
***
I stood out back in the alley behind the bar no more then 5 minutes before he came out. I pinned him against the wall and kissed him roughly before he could say anything.
He smirked into the kiss and parted his lips while his arms snaked themselves around my waist.
I leaned into him as I slipped my tongue into his mouth.
We made out for a while before the hunger in me took over. I pulled my tongue back and kissed down his jaw line to his neck. I sucked on his neck slightly.
He moaned and leaned back against the wall.
I could hear his heart beating. I could smell the blood without even having to open the vein in his neck. And the warmth, the warmth that would be mine if I just take him right now, take him into my deadly embrace.
But suddenly I felt myself backing away.
He shot me a confused look? "What's wrong?"
"I...I can't do this right now. M-maybe another time," I choked out not even aware that the voice was coming from me. "I'll see you around." I hurried off leaving him standing there dumbfounded.
What had stopped me? I could say beauty but that hadn't stopped me before. I'd killed many attractive people without so much as a single thought. So what had stopped me this time?
Again the hunger inside me roared up and forced my thoughts away. I needed to feed now. I'd just have to figure out what to do with the man named Bam Margera at another time. For now I have to hunt.

Later that Night
After I had fed I decided to just wander around. Even if I wanted to sleep I couldn’t. Not tonight.
That man I had run into toady kept going through my head as I walked through the park. I had no idea why I let him live. All I knew is I didn’t want to hurt him. Something was just different about him.
I reached into my coat pocket and pulled out a packet of cigarettes and a lighter. Before putting back the packet I pulled one out and lit it.
I guess smoking was another human habit I just couldn't quite seem to break. Smoking seemed to calm me for some reason. After taking a drag I blew the smoke out over my lips. It's a good thing I'm not human or this would be the death of me.
I looked up at the night sky. Have you ever gotten that feeling that you wish you could just disappear into the sky? The feeling you just wish you could fly? I have it all the time except I can really do it. It's like leaping up into the night. I can fly past all the stars faster then a bird. Tiny little flashes as I soar by. Oh how beautiful it is really. But it's hard to explain unless you've done it. But don't get me wrong it's not as easy as one of those fictional superheroes humans read about. There is more then rising up into the night. First I have to shift my form into that of a creature with wings. Only then can I be free to fly.
And as I take my leave from the park into the sky all that remains of my being there is the dying cigarette as it goes out and hits the ground.

Next Day At Noon
I awoke to the sparkling light shinning through the hotel window and cussed loudly when I realized I forgot to shut the drapes last night.
The sun couldn’t hurt me but it did wake me up and I hate being woken up. I glared at the patch of sunlight that fell across the bed as if that would do something. After a few minutes I ended up falling back to sleep.

5:00 Later that Night
I left the hotel and walked to the bar I was at yesterday. On the way I stopped and fed well to make sure I wouldn’t lose control. I never usually lost control so it was pretty much pointless to feed. So anyway, I started towards the bar again while my mind was clouded in thoughts of last night.
Would I ever run into him again? And if I did what would I do? Should I get to know him or would it be best if I just left?
I didn’t honestly know what I was going to do with this mortal named Bam. I wasn’t going to hurt him that’s for sure.
I want to get to know him. But who even knows if he'll talk to me still.
Ugh fuck I'm acting like mortal. The same thing happened to me before when I decided to start my rock band, HIM. Only thing was my friends were also vampires and I was infatuated with a human. I shook my head to clear my thoughts just as I crashed into someone.
I cursed loudly before looking up. How had I not heard them or seen them or even sensed who ever it was nearing?
The man before me straightened the coat he was wearing and looked up at me.
I could see the recognition on his face probably just as much as it showed on mine. It was Bam!
"Hey I'm sorry about last night," I said as I found myself unable to look him in the eye.
He shrugged. "It's cool. Have a wife?"
I couldn’t help but chuckle. "Nah, I just don't like moving at a fast pace," I lied not wanting to tell him what I was....well not yet anyways.
He smiled. "Does that mean I still got the chance to get to know you?"
"Want to take a walk darling?" I took his hand in mine and kissed it before letting go if it again.
Again he blushed as he had last night but he tried hiding it. I could tell he didn’t want anyone to see past the tough guy attitude he had going. But I could see through it.
"You could walk with me back to my place and stay a while if you'd like? That's where I was headed now," he said.
"Alright sweetheart shall we then?" I asked.

Picks right up were the other chapter ended.
"So do you have a job were you have to travel a lot?" Bam asked.
I thought a moment. Well I was in a band was I not? Only we currently weren’t touring.
"Yeah you could say that. What bout you? What do you do?" I replied.
"I'm a professional skateboarder."
"I've had a few failed attempts at skateboarding." Out of all my unnatural abilities I couldn't master the human ability of skateboarding.
He chuckled a bit. "I'll teach you sometime. What do you do anyways?"
"Well... for lack of a better way to put it, I'm a rock star."
Bam seemed to find this amusing. "I listen to a couple of Finnish bands."
"I personally know them. You know Linde is a good friend of mine. Well so is the rest of the band called HIM. Except for that Ville fellow he bugs me." I smirked hoping he'd catch on.
"Wait! Damn how come I didn’t notice it before." He had stopped dead in his tracks and was looking at me as I stopped beside him. "You're Ville Valo. Ahh, I should have recognized you."
I gave him an innocent smile to tell him he was right.
"Holy shit," he said, then shook his head. "I'm sorry. Anyways, what were we talking about before?" He started walking again.
I got the strange urge to kiss him so I reached out and grabbed his arm before pulling him against me.
He looked surprised as I touched his cheek with one hand and wrapped my free arm around his waist before kissing him. He didn’t try to pull away. In fact he relaxed against me deepening the kiss. After a few seconds I pulled away.
"Sorry 'bout that," I said.
He shook his head and smiled. "Don't be."
I smiled warmly back at him.
Again we started out for his home.
"Do you have a home here in Westchester?" Bam asked.
"Nope, just visiting," I replied.
"If you're staying in some shabby hotel won't do. You should stay at my place. There's a bar and everything."
If he knew what I was he wouldn’t think that. A vampire in a house of a human. Well it's a good thing I didn’t want to hurt him.
"I wouldn’t want to intrude," I answered.
"Nonsense it's a big house."
I reached over and grabbed his hand intertwining our fingers. I could see him smile.
"How 'bout we stay at your house on our next tour?" I asked.
He smiled again. "Certainly."
It wasn’t long after that we arrived at his house. He let go of my hand and opened the door for me. I smiled at him and walked in.
The house was amazing, much more interesting then my house. Then again I was never at my house. My eyes danced over everything.
"Like it?" Bam asked. I nodded.
"I should give you a tour," Bam said.
"That would be fun."

Few Hours Latter
"Hey, darlings I must be going now," I said. I waved to everyone in the room, Bam's friends and his mother.
Bam walked with me to the door. I stepped out into the night and quickly kissing his cheek I slipped a note in his pocket with my cell phone number on it. With a final smile and a goodnight he shut the door.
When I was sure no one was watching I took off running with all my vampire speed. I knew no mortal eye could see me and I would get back to the hotel quicker.
I was no more then a block away when I brushed into someone. Well it was more like something. I hadn't actually seen who it was but I felt there presence and whoever it was wasn’t happy.
I was at the hotel in no time after that. The first thing I noticed was I could smell something burning close by but I gave it no thought as I opened my door. I thick cloud of black smoke rushed out at me if I had been human it would have forced me to cough. I probably wouldn’t have been able to breathe. I swore loudly realizing what was going on.
Whoever the creature I had passed was, they had set my room a blaze.

Continues At The End of the Last Chapter.
I rushed into the room to grab my suitcase. No way in hell were my things going to burn. Thank God I never unpack when I go places.
Now back to the flames that were licking my flesh as I ran to the foot of the bed. Did it hurt? No, well yeah but vampires have a high tolerance for pain. So technically I can block it out and only feel the heat. And no I wasn’t going to turn to ash that was a myth. No, all that would happen is I would burn like a human only more slowly and I would heal more quickly.
As soon as my fingers curled around the handle of the suitcase I was out of the room like a bullet from a gun.
The cool night air stung my charred flesh, but I ignored it and fled the scene as more and more people showed up. I was going too fast so no one could see me.
When I finally stopped running I had realized I was at Bam's. How did I not realize where I was going when I ran? Doesn’t matter I need a place to stay and here I felt safe.
I quickly checked myself over to make sure I was completely healed, I was. Then I stepped into the shadows and changed my burnt clothing. I got rid of the remains of my burnt clothes and grabbed my suitcase before walking to the door. I knocked and stood there waiting.
A few seconds later the door opened to reveal a very sleepy, very shirtless Bam Margera.
"Ville?" he yawned. "What're you doing here so late?"
"Uhh, I'm so sorry. I didn’t mean to wake you. It's just the hotel I was at was set on fire and for some reason I thought I'd feel safer here," I replied running my fingers through my hair.
"Oh God, c'mon in," he mumbled still sounding sleepy.
Even in my worry and anger about tonight all I could think about right now was how cute he was all sleepy like. Dear God Ville get a hold of yourself.
I stepped through the door as he moved out of the way. I shut the door behind me.
"Do you want company or should I show you the guest room?" Bam asked.
"Guest room will be fine darling. I don’t want to keep you up any longer then I have already." I smiled to show I was grateful.
He led me to the room. I said goodnight and apologized again. He told me I was fine and went back to bed. I shut the door and decided sleep was best for now so I pulled off my shirt and crawled into bed. It didn’t take long for me to fall asleep.

Next Morning Around 11.
There was a knock on the door that pulled me from my dreams. "Hmm?" I mumbled.
"Uh, Ville?" a voice called from the other side of the door. "Are you awake? Ape's made breakfast and she wanted to know if you were hungry." It was Bam.
I stretched and yawned. "Sure, I'll be out in a bit."
"Alright." I sensed him walk away.
It's not like I needed to eat human food but I would to make it look like I was human. Could I taste it? Yes, but to me the taste of food wasn’t as good as blood. The vampiric blood inside me would destroy anything in my stomach that wasn’t blood.
I stood up and changed into a pair of hip-hugging, tight black leather pants and a tight, black sleeveless shirt that went down to just above my pants. I also put on a bit of black eyeliner. Maybe I was a bit of a tease.
When I was finished I left the room and walked to the kitchen.
"Bam, I don’t want the camera crew in here during the party," April was saying to Bam.
"Well then Ape, don’t throw your girl party here," Bam said. There was a mischievous smirk across his face.
"Where else am I supposed to have it?" his mother snapped getting frustrated.
I leaned against the wall and crossed my arms unnoticed for the moment.
"You know I have a show to run," Bam replied. I could tell he was amused by all this.
"Do it tomorrow," April said.
"No."
"Yes."
Bam clapped his hands together in amusement. "Don't worry Ape, you'll have the best party ever."
"Bam!" she yelled as he turned towards me.
"Oh good morning Ville, I didn’t see you there." He still had that mischievous smirk on his face. I saw his eyes travel down my body then they snapped back to my face.
I smirked. "G'morning Bam, Mrs. Margera."
She nodded at me as a greeting and went back to preparing the food.
"Hey Ville, do you wan to be on my show today?" Bam asked.
"Not like he's going to give you a choice," Ape sighed.
"He's a guest he has a choice." Bam rolled his eyes.
"Sure." I said.
"Great. I have to go take care of some things real quick. I'll be back in a bit." Bam walked past me.
"Goodbye darling." I watched him walk out.
"So Ville, where did you and Bam meet?" Ape asked.
"A bar." I walked over and sat on the counter.
"Figures, sounds like Bam," she replied. "Would you like something to eat?"
Yes, someone to eat. I just noticed I was hungry. I shook my head. "No thanks. I have to run somewhere." I leapt down from the counter.
"Alright," she said.
"See you later." I left before she had the chance to reply.
Being in a house full of humans would have been difficult if I didn’t have so much self control. Although the beating of their hearts echoing in my ears from time to time drove me to become hungry slightly quicker then normal. And like I said, I wasn’t going to hurt Bam or his friends and family. So now I take my leave to go hunt for my breakfast.
