Tomorrow is iced-to-the-bone chill, chapped lips, runny noses, head-colds, snow, slush, ice, gray skies and cramped quarters.

( A somewhat war story. About loss and regret and nothingness. And cigarettes, hot tea, foreign literature and people watching. )

I'm ready to go home now. This isn't Christmas. This is a bloody reunion with presents. It's an excuse to be selfish, and I don't want to participate.
