Hmm, Pancit Palabok is usually not as dry. It has more sauce and it's usually made with smaller noodles.
The one we saw was a drier version with clearly seen pieces of seafood which is a trademark of Pancit Malabon. So I think it is Malabon, I can't be 100% sure though ^^
