I finally got a hold of my teacher a while back and she said that I didn't need to bring anything or have any lesson plans ready.. just show up.. so that's cool.. 'cause I was kinda worried about that.. and as far as student teaching is concerned, I'm not excited about it.. I'm dreading it actually.. I have about a week left before school starts

I don't have any kids. So...don't feel bad. LoL.
As for the pill, I hear it takes a couple months to truly get out of your system, so just be patient. I think you may be waiting more on Mother Nature to get back in the groove than anything else.
Also, what do you mean by you're "not really trying"?
Last time I checked, there's pretty much one sure-fire way to have a kid/make a baby..
