it is 5:31 AM and i'm still awake. talking to val already_knew, like we haven't done in a long time. i love her lots and it's part of why she's my best friend. she just.. gets me. in a way that no one ever has and probably never will. we can just say one word, and we know, or just look at each other and we just know. and we can have conversations talking about

How come you didn't get to go to Hawaii (were you going to school there?)

you're the only one who asked a question, lol, so i'll just respond to it heeeere.

i got accepted to hawaii pacific university into their nursing program, which is one of the best in the country. and i was going to live off-campus in an apartment, and i had everything all planned out. i had enrolled in classes, signed up for stuff, etc. etc. but then a couple of weeks before my tuition was due, my dad decided that he wasn't going to co-sign my loan for me. and i had no one else to do it. so i had to not go. which is why i'm not in school right now, because it was too late to apply to anywhere else, since he told me in august instead of in like, may when i got accepted so i could have gone somewhere else.
