OK. So, I avoided Magic the Gathering. Never even played it. The Tombstone card game seemed fun, but not enough to actually start buying cards. Tried the Star Trek card game and didn't really get into it. Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon... please! Sad, sad marketing programs disguised as cartoons

I picked up a couple of packs a while back, but haven't had time to sit down and play yet. Also, picked up the Pirate game from Laughing Pan called Plunder. Haven't gotten to play it yet either...sigh... one of these days...

Uh oh...I got two packs in my Christmas stocking, and strangely enough, no one would own up to having gifted them to me. Hmmmm.... and then another pack fell into me lap just this Saturday.

Guess it's too late for me now. So, you want to play? ;)

well, its not a miniatures game, but i'm kind of hooked on 7th Sea, an rpg set in late 17th century alternate Europe. Good luck trying to extricate yourself, though i don't actually have much faith in your success. I was hooked on M:tG for awhile, so i don't have much hope for you in the near future. :)

they've started selling them at blockbuster, too... B picked up some for corbaewench and the wenchlette and for kitsuneninja

they're cute, but I'm not really much for CCGs, even ones with nifty pirate ships and tee tiny dice.
