The file doesn't seem to be working, though. When I try to open the zip file, it's empty.

I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you. I tried downloading the file a while back and it works fine.

The only possible reason why it doesn't work for you could be that the download was not complete. Maybe you could try downloading the file again and see if it works?

In the meanwhile, I'll try to upload the file to another server.

Strange... I've tried downloading it multiple times from each server, and every time it comes up empty. There must be a problem with the connection or something... obviously the file itself isn't the problem, since no one else is running into this.
