hey, I've liked Die Trying for a long time now, and I didn't actually go into this cummunity, I wish I would have before, I regret not joining earlier, anyway my names Cat, and I was wondering how the legal issue is going? I don't know much, just that they have to change there name. :(

no.. i think they are working on sum new material... but not sure, we havent heard much.

well they aren't on island anymore and one of them left the band so i just kinda figured

Hmm i didnt know they werent on Island anymore. I knew Jack left the band... but i had heard they got a new one.. then I heard that was false.. so who knows!

Jassen was on the radio a couple weeks back, and he said they're recording some new stuff. They actually played some of the stuff they did, and then they released a song with a rapper from Sac...over the summer.
