OK. Here's what you do:

1. Go here. Change your style system to S2, and your Layout to Flexible Squares.
2. At the bottom click Customize, or Edit Customizations if you've already done something with it.
3. On the Presentation Tab scroll all the way to the bottom. Where it says Use Linked Stylesheet, make sure it's checked and Yes is chosen on the drop-down menu. Then where it says External Stylesheet URL, check Override Default and put the URL of the css stylesheet there.

The CSS stylesheet for my layout is here. Just change the image and the colours to what you want and upload it somewhere.
