The Anti Serial Adder Petition

This is the first of many messages against the process of serial adding. This will take a group effort on our part in order to get the problem solved. People are taking advantage of a loophole in the LJ rules in order to cause dissent in the LJ community.

I just said something like that. All of the paid users who are affected by the problem of serial adding should let it be known that they are not going to renew their account because of it.

something has to be done to stop this/these person/people from free willing adding us and/or there should be a way that we can take our own name off of thier friends list. Maybe where they can still add us, but not untill we approve of them adding us. another wards we get an email saying so and so wants to add us, "click here if this ok" and then after we aprove it then and only then do our names show up on thier friends list.

I'm with getting rid of these Serial guys. I would give some considerationg to actually subscribing to LJ if they would bring back invite codes to keep garbage like this from happening.

I've had plenty of serial adders add me to their lists and I've only been here for 2 months. I emailed LJ and asked them if they could put a stop to serial adders. All I got back was a link to a location explaining that by LJ not allowing them to add me and others as friends, it would be unfair. OK. It's unfair for me to have these rude and obscene names added on my friends list and it's not fair to have to hide my list.
I'm all about getting rid of these people.
