I am ashamed to say I had no idea what panzanella was so I had to go look it up but now I know what it is I really want some! My mum's going to try and make me some because she wants it too.

Oh, I've also decided I'm taking the football bar because I was being unpatriotic and supported Italy the whole way through the World Cup =]

well panzanella is a tipical Umbria-Tuscany food. Immerge some pieces of bread in the water. Then make a big salade with lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and onion.
Mix all together with the bread and dress with some olive-oil and salt ;)
Gnam!!!
