The Slapshot show was a fantastic high, and now I'm coming back down from it again.

I have seasonal depression. I make my myself miserable until I'm sick and I can't stop worrying.
I'm unhealthy.

Does it hit harder during the fall or right before the start of winter?

Aren't those the same thing? LAWLZZZ ha ha no... usually tail end of fall. Sometimes all of it, the beginning of fall was all right, and then like every year shit got rocky. It's part coincidence I think 'cause fall is when everything falls apart that I'm currently working on/indulging myself in.

I know that this sounds really stupid, but if you're serious about having seasonal affective disorder, you should look into getting a prescription for some hardcore vitamin D. They also have lights you can buy that help. My school actually has a room dedicated for people with SAD--it's funny, you make an appointment and sit under the lights for fifteen minutes or so.

If it's just coincidental those probably won't help too much, but I thought I would throw it out there to be helpful! :]

No that doesn't sound stupid at all, I appreciate it. I just keep feeling that a lot of it is coincidental... either way thanks for the info
