Some say a fellow named Jesus said "Heal yourselves." Never met this guy, but I'd take that one piece of advice. You don't look like you need saving, and the pressence of strong emotions doesn't matter so much as the root cause.

I was glancing over your poetry and totally missing the point (now it makes more sense). I was saying that rather than ponder and talk about strong emotions, find the solutions yourself. Heal yourself is a quote that biblical types argue about, did Jebus say it or not, did he get fed up with his flock or not...but I like to say it just to a) mock religion, b) encourage people to fix their own problems.
