I feel for you, then! Having a "friend" like that can drag you down as well due their thoughtless behaviour. I've found I feel a lot better knowing that I won't have to deal with it any longer.
why keep people around that does not help you develop a better friendship? good thing you dropped your former friend, it's better for you aura. and i'm sorry about your former co-worker. i hate people like that. just quit from the beginning and stop frying your brain to come up with excuses right?
Yes! I never understood why she even bothered sticking around when it was so apparent that she could not care less and everyone knew that she making up excuses not to come in. Ugh, some people!
And you are definately right. When a friendship becomes a burden instead of an actual relationship, it feels good to let it go --- too much negativity came from that "friendship".
I was just confused when I read it, and was wondering who you were talking about...wasn't really sure what else to say but felt the need to say something...and that's all that came out.
