are you talking SoCap extensions?
and what state are you in again. in florida legally we can even shampoo without a license. people still get away with it but its risky 500 dollar fine.

yeah.
umm i have my shampoo license. its a temp license that expires in 1 year.
which ill have my cosmetology license then.
