I dunno how well you could pull off something as short as number 1 or number 3 since last time you got your hair cut (and it wasn't even that short) you said you looked like a boy.... So I would say go with number 2.... but I dunno. Number 2 kinda looks like Edwardo Scissor-Hands el attacko'd it.

If you want that reallly messy look, I suggest you go with something more like this:
