So far its good. What do you want to know about the Hobbit..lol Have read it over 100 times.

the point of the essay is "to discover is to add a new dimension to life" so basically its got to do with discovery and how it changes certain things?

so is there any parts in the book where bilbo or something discovers something that changes him forever, I need like four points from the book

Bilbo is changed forever by Gandolf coming and taking him with the Dwarves on the jourey. Hobbits rarely left the shire and didnt go adventuring.

He is changed further by his travels with the Dwarves and the dangers he ends up saving them from. exapel the spiders, the wood elves etc

He finds the ring in the troll caves where Golem has dropped it. He uses it to escape the caves and later to trick Smog the great red Dragon who is living in the Dwarves mounitan home.

The only thing he really discovers is the RING that leads to the Lord of the Rings...Does that help or do you need more
