I've had my macbook for over 2 years now.
It's gone a long way with me, i'm attached.

I must say though, the best thing about having a laptop is..

Taking dumps with it.

I was actually thinking about getting a macbook to use in law school because this one is starting to fail on me (eg. i no longer have an S key)

it is not!!!
dereks laptop gets way hotter than mine.
mines not even that bad
