Jane Austen wrote Pride and Prejudice at age 20. I don't even have to wonder what I will do, because I know it will be nothing.

if we worry about what others did with their lives, we'll be stuck spending our time trying to become something else.

do what you do, and do it well. it will all pay off. i promise :-)

BUT, Jane Austen died at 40. So - 20, for her, was midlife. You've got a few years still until you reach your midlife (statistically speaking). That's plenty of time to figure out something great to do.

On another note: At breakfast this morning, I told Matt that I used to talk to Smarter Child and/or Santa Claus if there was no one else online to talk to - like when I was TWENTY-FIVE! He hadn't ever heard that you could chat with the SCs and thought, though I was a nerd, I was still cool because I knew. But then I had to 'fess up and tell him that I was NOT cool and I had you to thank for the introduction.
