Today is my first day on a strict 200 cal diet. I am 5'7" and my weight has fluctuated to 125 pounds. This is all going to change! At the start of the year I was 116, which upsets me a lot. I am hoping to be at least 118 pounds by the 18th of August, with a long-term goal of 110 pounds. I find that restricting is the only way I am able to lose weight. Even when I am eating healthily (vegetables, fruit and nuts), for some reason, I am gaining?

Anyway, the original point of this post was to seek out anyone who is on a raw, vegan diet at the moment? I have been vegan for a long while now, but I am looking for more information on the benefits of a raw diet, special recipes, or just some general information on it? I am considering converting, but how do you live without cooked veggies such as pumpkin and sweet potato? What do you eat? Any advice would be much appreciated. x
