i just read a book on shamanism and the author referenced mckenna a lot...cool stuff.

Oh yeah, you read Breaking Open the Head right? How was it?

I just read Pinchbeck's other book 2012 and it was pretty cool. It was more about prophecy and consciousness and stuff, but it talked about shamanism too, and it mentioned the McKennas a lot.

i really enjoyed it and feel like i learned a lot from it. i was thinking about reading his 2012 book...maybe i will now.
