my favorite color is orange too! i love harry potter and having intellectual conversations with people :) y yo hablo espanol tambien.

hi there, was looking at a cooking community page and saw that you posted about wanting to try making empanadas. i've just started a new journal with tutorials on how to make south american (mainly uruguayan) and polish food (where my parents come from) as well as some tutorials on crafty diy stuff. thought you might be interested in the south american recipes and i was hoping you could give me suggestions on what recipes i should include :)

Hi. I'm going to add you, if that's alright.

Do you have a good recipe for medio y medio (i.e., at least recommendations for wine and champagne to use to make it)? I don't think medio y medio is available anywhere in the northeastern U.S., but I drank it all the time in Uruguay and I'm now going through withdrawal.

thing is, medio y medio just means half and half. from memory its just any sort of wine/champagne with lemonade or favorite fizzy drink.
