I saw that article forever ago... I think it turned out that it was a fake article. It says it's from BBC News, but the URL doesn't say anything about BBC or anything. But when I first found this article I freaked out lmao.

yeah look at the URL its not BBC, click a link and it takes you to BBC but you cant get the article back up again and searching it gets no results on the bbc page.
Had me going for a minute too but when it said the people act in violent ways i was like hmmmm. Tis sadly a fake.
