Hey, congrats on moving in together - it's a huge step, and I'm sure it'll work out great. I used to live in Annerley m'self (although closer to Buranda) and it was very good indeed - that was when they had heaps of great punk and electro shows at the 'Gabba hotel, but I don't know if anything goes on around there these days.

And I'm jealous that you get to use film. I'm planning to do this Masters in film handling and history to try to get work in film archives or libraries. Can't wait. I've decided that one of the first things I do when I get on my feet financially is buy a Bolex 16mm to play around with.

thanks Kurt, how are you going?? Gabba Hotel is knocked down now isnt it? im not sure even tho i used to live there:/ i think it is now a big complex for over priced accomodation...

the film idea rocks...do it! however i have found it as equally frustrating is it is satistfying hehe. im just too impatient.

no not as yet-we are doing portraits in photography atm but not digital.

i got all these extensions in there so its hella long:)

someone in out class made a little camel that she sawed out of a chunk of copper. i suppose that could be a monopoly peice!

hehe yeahhhh iason is forging a knife with a bone and wood handle! so awsome!! but i think i like the idea of the whole 'power of spitiualism thing' and common threads linking faith through out the history of rituals etc etc

wow i have nearly finsihed my artists statement.
