So it's true. All of existence is conditioned. Nothing is immune to “Why?”. Though twisted into wrong view, such a question might imply purpose; perhaps it's better to use “How?”.

I have just purchased my first CARTON of ciggarettes.... It's gonna be a trying week

Oh boy, here it comes, creeping in, I can feel it come like the rain after a sudden cold spell. Depression setting in. This may just be the last straw.
