I haven't been ignoring LJ so much as finding it hard to come here and think about how to consolidate and communicate the small ways I've been overwhelmed by my immediate reality for this past six months.

I finished Ancillary Sword, and became a grandmother!

December, finally
This is actually the photograph I would have used for December if Costco didn't munge up vertical formats, so hey, bonus. Only not bonus since the contrast and saturation are stepped on since small automatic cameras have a tendancy to play Star Trek Pilot photofinishing tricks with extreme color and lighting.
