I'm giving livejournal another go, with the hopes keeping up this time. Its been a shaky start to 2013, with the plant that I worked at closed, financial aid for college was denied, and spending time on unemployment looking for a job. I seem to keep updating fewer and fewer times. Not because I don't have things to say, but because I keep having what Mom calls "Senior Moments" and forget to write them down. Maybe I'll start carrying a notebook to write things down in. :) So what's been going on with me ( Read more... ) -
cats
This one's a short post since I got off from work at 6a and need to go to bed.
Only one of my cats could fall out the window and end up on top of said window. From three stories up, she jumped down and appears to be ok. I'm going to keep an eye on her to be sure, but man I feel like a bad mom. :(

So, I drove up to Kent Ohio to go to Beta Psi's 3rd degree. And while it was good to see people I knew, by and large I felt pretty old. :) In fact I now have a great-great-great grand little. weight loss, sleep, and the upcoming b-day.
Earlier this fall I weighed in at 284, which is the most I've weighed in a while. By February I was down to around 279 and currently down to 266. I'm pretty pleased with myself and am loosing about two pounds a week. I'm using a combination of weight watchers online and sparkpeople.com, which seems to be working. I seem to not update as much as I could, and that's partially due to the fact that I've been feeling rather blah lately. Not that anything is wrong per se, I've just been in a "not really caring about certain things" sort of mood. I guess you could say that avoidance has been very frequent for me lately. I love my guild on Earthen Ring. And maybe one day, I'll have a high enough character to go raid other cities. :) Pretty much what happens, is if you can get together a group of your faction and kill all of the opposing faction's leaders you get a special mount.
