My cousin's husband was put on a ventilator and dialysis for covid 19 3 weeks ago and was sent home today.

Im sure he will have a long recovery ahead of hom and i dont know if the kidney damage was permanent or not but it was a much better outcome than expected.

One of the things I've done to wind down and feel good about humans again for the last few years is watch nice people on Youtube work. I'm kind of late to the party so none of these may be new to anybody ( Read more... )

When I lived in Appomattox it really wasn't unusual for me to go two months or the whole winter and not leave the house for anything but the grocery store or the doctor. Here's Honey and Mister being goofy because I need the happy. Its a wierd angle the dog is 22 lbs and the cat is 11lbs but it looks the other way around. The dog is just letting the cat sleep on her like this.

I didn't catch up with all that happened before the pandemic hit here. February was pretty awful for my Trek friends. A dear friend of mine ive known for 30 years in Starfleet died of liver cancer.
