So glad you liked it! I was actually planning on ending it a bit differently (and it bit mushier, really), but Arthur had other thoughts on the matter... I'm glad he did though ^_^

Interesting...! Seeing this on the main comm and with no slashes between the character's names, I wasn't sure whether this was supposed to be a gen fic or a pairing one - and even though the narration is from England's POV, there was none of the usual "England blushed as his hand touched his blahblah" and "England suddenly realized how blue his eyes were", so it left me in suspense until the end <3 I actually really loved it! Very IC! Good job and I hope there's gonna be more from you in the near future <3

Oh, yeah... I didn't quite know how to format that, since it's not really paired, but not really gen either... ^_^; I hoped the plus sign would just be ambiguous.

I find it really hard to write that sort of thing, honestly. I'm happy to hear that not everyone's missing it, though.

And I'm SO happy it was IC. I really worried about that, not having done anything Hetalia-related before (I'm new to the fandom, going on couple months now), but it's good to know I at least have these two down. Hopefully I can get something else out one of these days, now that I've broken the ice.

I love it! I find it fresh and original from Arthur's point of view. And I agree with taleness about the unexpectedness of the ending. I love it and I hope to see more of your work!

Great stuff! It's really refreshing to see a non-pairing 'fic like this... heck, you've got everything a pairing 'fic would have, EXCEPT the boy-love. The dancing scene was great, the fight scene was epic, and you've got everything from humour to some good amount of depth in depicting their relationship here.

The ending... was gold. Awesome work. :D

Thanks! That's actually pretty much what I was going for. I didn't really know how to write a gen fic when I started this thing (sadly, I was better at the porn than the plot back in the day >_>), so glad to know it was a successful exercise.
