Hey everyone. I haven't posted in a very long while, so I don't suspect anyone to remember me. I'm keeping under 1000, usually 200-600. Still not what I would like to be. I'm thinking more along the lines of 200 or less

Jeez, 15 pounds in ONE week? You are my complete and total hero, lol.
Your diet sounds like it going awesome compared to my four day binge. What I find really useful to stay on track is making sure to spread your food out throughout the day. Not only does it help your metabolism but it keeps you fuller. Hopes that helps and good luck :)
