ok. so i'm a new member. but basically i joined because i've been having some major weight issues lately. I'm something like 140 right now(i dont know for sure because i havent weighed in) and im normally like 125-30! I'm the same height but weigh about 15 pounds more than you! That's what I get for being in a happy relationship and eating too much! Also, if I try to restrict, my man sees that I'm not eating he fusses and then cooks for me. He also won't eat himself unless I'm eating too! It's so frustrating! I'm trying to figure out a way to hide it from him, even though I think it's wrong to lie in a relationship. But I guess it isn't really lying, just not telling. I'm also exercising like crazy.
I know this isn't much help to you, but at least you know you're not the only one dealing with this.
I don't have an aim yet.

oh see, its the complete opposite with me. when im in a relationship i NEVER!!! eat. i just never feel the need. and my boyfriend would always get on my back about it so i just kept telling him i had family dinners and lunches to go to and stuff. and if i stayed the night in the morning i'd say id have to go somewhere. then i would always tell my fam i was eating with him.

Tht's the way I am in a new relationship, but the longer I'm with someone who makes me feel happy and content the more I eat. I could always say that I've already eaten at work or on my way home from class or something like that. What kind of exercises are you doing? I work out every day, but I'm not seeing big enough results yet.
