I actually think Flash has better rogues than even Batman. With the exception of the lame Weather Wizard all of his rogues are colorful, campy and fun at the same time. I was thrilled to actually get to meet them on JLU.

You think Weather Wizard is lame? His powers are logical to pit against Flash because, like I said, fog would force him to slow down since he has to watch where he's going, and he has to fight against tough winds and avoid bolts of lightning, which are fast.

But yeah, I love Flash's rogues, and they're way underrated compared to Batman's, my favorite villains gallery are Flash, Batman, Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, and then I guess X-Men/JLA/JSA are tied.

A clarification. I only think the DCAU version is lame because I've never read a comic with him.

Two reasons why I think Weather Wizard is lame. His name is ridiculous and in Speed Demons he came across as a delusional megalomaniac (sort of like Dr. Destiny but even lamer). "You're powers are nothing compared to mine!" is a line as bad as ANYTHING The Batman's rogues have come up with.
