Is Spider-Man still married to Mary Jane currently? I had heard they had gotten seperated.

Spider-Man has been married to Mary Jane since the late 80's. There was that period of time in the late 90's when she was "dead" and then in 2002 they were unformally separated (really, she just went out to California to star in a movie and have some time to get back to her feet, this might've been right after she "came back", come to think of it), but yes, they are currently still married and live together in Avengers Tower.

I missed both showings of Trouble in Tokyo. Will CN show it again anytime soon?

Not to my knowledge, sorry. The DVD is coming out November 7th, though.
