Was that animated Impulse I saw for a second there? Where is that from?

Before they made Justice League, their original idea was to have Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman train a group of young heroes, including Robin, Impulse, and a female Cyborg. That idea was scrapped, but they ended up putting what they did animate on one of the Justice League box sets (the first one, probably).
