This seems to be a common sight lately; here's Ramon waiting in the Nexus, and looking rather excited in doing so! He bounces on the balls of his heels, looking hopefully over the crowds, waiting for a glimpse of his recently-ghosted best friend. Ramon waves Vex off again. "No, no, nothing like that! That shopkeeper just-...You know what? Forget about it. And don't go back over there for a few hours." Yes, that's very reassuring.

His eyes light up at the mention of there being paintbrushes that would work on his little pet, and Araña seems pretty thrilled too! She wants to be pritty. ::3

"How much is it?" Ramon half-asks this to Vex, half to the shopkeeper. The Gelert's ears perk up a little as he leans in closer. "Ehhh, 150,000 neopoints."

In Ramon's defense, he just was counting to see how much Master Vex had given him, pouring the coins out into his hand in order to count. He had no intention whatsoever of actually purchasing the petpet paint brush! Begging to Vex if he could is another matter entirely, though ( ... )
