Well perhaps you need to be a little bit "meaner" to your own Pokémon. Then they wouldn't do stupid things like throw your portable husktop into the water. They would know better. It teaches them.

That's only for some of them! Spinarak's however evolve by level. And I was treating her perfectly fine until she wouldn't evolve!
