cops everywhere are a holes.. but think of the good things knoxville has..
a little more than mediocre music scene
non hazardous air quality (yet)
the sunsphere
local eateries (tomato head,sunspot,cozymels,urban bar, the brewery)
yard sales (in all fairness those are in a lot of towns)

that homeless guy that shakes his arm stump at people and dances for quarters
