Hei was doing nothing but minding his own business. It took about a minute to remember where he was. Some of the buildings in this city looked familiar

The somewhat distant voice of distress caused Hei to turn around and see the person wearing glasses. In habit, Hei fell back to to the alias he has used to blend in with civilians.
Since there was nothing else to do because he might as well be stuck here again for a long while--it was only fair to go investigate on this.
He raised his voice slightly in pitch, controlling and manufacturing the emotion of concern. When Li was close enough, he spoke. "Hello? Are you all right?"
Close enough to be amusing~~ And no worries!snake_cookApril 5 2011, 03:16:27 UTC
"Master Loki... where have you gone?" Yamino sighed to himself after a few moments panicked search turned up nothing.
It was odd, but Yamino felt the stranger's presence before he heard him speak. "Oh" Yamino was taken off gaurd for a few moments by it, but quickly brushed it off. "Ah, yes." He said as the words registered to him, "But have you seen a- well a boy about this tall." He held up his hand to just below his own chest. "He looks about ten or twelve and has red-brown hair and green eyes answers to the name of Loki. I seem to have suddenly lost him." The description came out in a flood. Yamino didn't like not knowing where his father was! Especially in such dangerous times.
Apparently the fact that he was the one lost instead of Loki had yet to regester on Yamino in his panicked conserned search.
With "Li" it usually is amusing. XDclashingtacticsApril 5 2011, 04:16:40 UTC
"No, I haven't seen anyone like that. I, ah, just got back here actually--so I wouldn't know..." Hei wore a soft, sympathetic smile. "Infinity tends to do that. This city was built to be sentient, for some reason, and draws us here often separated from those we care about."
Now that he was back here again, maybe he could look for Yin and Mao. As utterly bizarre and unpredictable this city was, at least they didn't have to run from the Syndicate--a secret government who would want Hei killed for destroying a machine that might have destroyed Hell's Gate. Without the Gate, all Contractors and Dolls would have vanished in their world. All of them but Hei.
"There could be a chance that your friend could be close by. So, if we take a look around, maybe we'll find him."
Sure, Hei could go out of his way to help him...on the way of getting a bite to eat. His stomach growled a second time.

"Oh my" He said in suprise, before looking around a little more throughly (and somewhat panicing) "Master Loki? Master Loki! Where are you?"
