[Rayflo is walking through the streets before he spots a blond, thin boy looking around like he had just fallen into a pit of crap. Well, that certainly wasn't the case, but ... as he walked past him, he bumped him in the shoulder on purpose. He wanted to see this kid's story. He had a wand, he was in odd attire, and he was quite the looker.]
