Oh bb, still happy for you! (It's so wrong that I should be happy to hear someone else has migraine but.. you know.) As someone who spent years trying to work out what drugs would kill off the migraines I was getting (typical accompaniments: aura, vertigo, nausea, all that good stuff), I wish you much much luck with the aspirin. I tried it once in a fit of desperation when I was out of triptamine and it has worked like a charm every time since then. All fingers and toes crossed!

And more crossed fingers from here.

Aspirin has never done anything for me, migraine-wise. But if yours is in any way hormone-related, as so many migraine-variants are, you might well be on your way to grow out of at least the most acute phase.
And will be pretty much done with it come menopause.

Yeah, I know. But even you will get there eventually ;-)!

Well, that sounds excellent. I hope you can get help from the medicines.

Never heard of silent migraine before...

You mean actual aspirin? I know in the US the term is sometimes used just as a general reference to painkillers.

A migraine diagnosis certainly sounds like an improvement!

In the UK we're pretty specific when it comes to our generic analgesics!

The painkillers aisle always has Paracetamol, Aspirin and Ibuprofen, often several others.

Then there's the branded ones (which are usually mixes).

See you soon, Dr Treehugger! I have ordered much beer.
